DONATION REQUESTS
It is a pleasure and the mission of Osprey Beverages to help with your fundraising efforts, and we are proud to support all the worthwhile organizations within our community, but due to the sheer volume of requests we receive we are not always able to contribute to every ask. We are also proud to be a Community Foundation of Jackson Hole Old Bill’s COChallenger since 2015, where we get to help support every not for profit within the community yearly!
For Osprey Beverages to approve your requests, we will need you to complete the application form. Please consider the following requirements:
- Due to our consumer responsibility practices we are not able to donate any alcoholic products to youth organizational events where youth are present.
- We are only able to fulfill requests to organizations that are qualified under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Service, and a copy of the organization’s tax-exempt documentation must be attached.
- All requests must be submitted 30 days prior to the event.
